The Education Project

Did you know? For just $10 a month, you can send one child to school in Indonesia, Cambodia, or Vietnam who would otherwise not have the financial resources to obtain an education of any kind. In every country we serve, we search out areas where families are low on financial resources and partner with them to send their children to school. We will then work with parents by providing local community groups, parenting courses, and education in micro-business opportunities because we believe education is the key to community transformation.

Virtual English Classes

Our Education Project has grown beyond just sending children to school. In fact, now we’re bringing online schooling and one-on-one tutoring right to our students. When COVID-19 spread throughout the world, our students were left quarantined at home without any access to education. That wasn’t okay with us. That’s why we started an online tutoring platform where volunteers teach English to students every week (from their own laptops and headsets). Leadership Training Institutes

Our Leadership Institutes have gone virtual, training leaders in Cambodia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Japan to have a strong and lasting impact on their communities through leadership development, community outreach, education on anti-trafficking efforts, and a deeper understanding of the Bible. These leaders are our eyes and ears to notify us of rescues that need to be made in communities and areas we may never be able to visit on our own. Many of our girls have been rescued through the hundreds of community leaders we have stationed in cities, villages, and rural areas throughout Southeast Asia.

COST: $1,750 PER MONTH | $38,500 PER YEAR (22 trainings)

Cambodia Building Project

We are currently renting buildings in Phnom Penh, Cambodia for our Selah House, Community Outreach Center, and Training Facility. Our future plans are to purchase land to build our own facilities on (and maybe even our own school!). We are currently working with contractors and architects in the area to plan and prepare for future growth. There are hundreds of girls and women on the streets who need to be in good schools and safe homes—we’re ready to build something that will provide respite, education, and healing for all of them!
